Return and Refund Policy
Returns Made Easy
We know life happens so our policy lasts 45 days and 90 days for our Reward Lighting Members. If 90 or more days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange but rest assured that has no bearing on any warranty related issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Since we are unable to resell items that have been installed we do not accept returns for previously installed merchandise.
Several types of goods are ineligible from being returned. Special Order, Made To Order, and Custom Products are ineligible for return. Some Clearance and Outlet items may not be eligible for return.
Restocking Fees
You will never pay for our mistake! If you have a return as a result of mis-handling or mis-shipment of your order you will never incur a restocking fee. It is our goal to never charge a restocking fee however, under some circumstances we may levee restocking fees up to 20%. Ordering non-stock items and certain large volume drop ship orders are examples of events that may incur a restocking fee. If you're concerned about restocking fees prior to ordering please contact us and provide the sku's you're ordering, some basic information about your order, and we'll be happy to give you a concrete answer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance and Closeout items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We're happy to exchange your un-used merchandise. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please include that information with your return request. Once we have received your request we'll assist within one business day. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. No items will be shipped for exchange without your explicit approval prior to shipping.
Shipping
If your return is due to the fault of LumiMuse you will not incur any return shipping expenses. If your return is not due to the fault of LumiMuse you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Unless it is due to one of the reasons already listed in our returns policy shipping charges on orders that do not ship via Free Shipping are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we'll make every effort to assist you within reason, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
